What size bag can I bring with me on a Zeadia tour?

We can accommodate one medium sized suitcase or bag per person, as well as a smaller backpack or handbag which can travel inside the tour vehicle with you.

Do I need to apply for a visa to visit New Zealand?

For visits of less than 3 months, New Zealand has a visa waiver for travellers from some countries.

For travellers from other countries a visitor visa is required. We recommend that you visit the Immigration New Zealand website where you can find more information and apply online for a visa.

Should I book my flights to New Zealand before or after booking my tour?

We suggest that you book your tour with us first to ensure we have tour places available, and then book flights.

You can select the “book and pay later” option during the online booking process and we will hold your tour places for up to 5 days before a deposit payment is required.

Alternatively, you can enquire with us via phone or email to have tour places held for you.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking or change to another tour date?

In the event that you cancel your tour booking (or are unable to participate in the tour), our cancellation policy applies, which you can find in our booking terms and conditions.

Should you wish to change your tour to an alternative departure, we will do our best to accommodate your request where possible.

What payment options does Zeadia offer?

Payments can be made using credit card or via bank transfer.
